Do I need to be licensed?
Licensed life insurance agents are preferred. You must hold the appropriate active life insurance license before writing business.
Is this W-2 or 1099?
Experienced-agent opportunities are independent 1099 contractor roles. The Chandler in-office inside sales role is a W-2 position.

Yes. Company-provided leads are available on a separate commission tier from self-generated business.
